Create the first senior and phone-owner login, add a caregiver summary account if needed, and later come back here to add more seniors or rotate caregiver passwords. Use this page after the recipient has directly opted in to receive recurring GoodMorningBuddy messages.

First-Time Setup

Create the first family, enroll an opted-in senior, and add login accounts

This is the only place where the first family record gets created. Recurring daily messaging must begin only after the recipient has directly opted in. After that, use the management section below while signed in.

Recipient consent required

GoodMorningBuddy's recurring daily check-in texts must be sent only after the recipient personally completes the GoodMorningBuddy opt-in flow. The recommended enrollment path is that the recipient texts START to the GoodMorningBuddy toll-free number from the same phone that will receive the check-ins.

Review the public SMS opt-in instructions before creating or adding a senior profile.

After setup, sign in with the senior phone number or the caregiver email/password you just created. Reply STOP unsubscribes the recipient; reply HELP provides support details.
